2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Booking Process

When you submit a travel request through Paperplane, our team curates personalized options for your consideration. A booking is confirmed only after you accept our proposal and complete the required payment.

2.2 Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment schedules may include an advance payment at the time of booking, with the balance due before your travel dates as specified in your booking confirmation.

2.3 Digital Delivery

Upon confirmation, all booking documents including itineraries, hotel vouchers, and e-tickets will be delivered to you electronically via email. Physical documents are not provided unless specifically requested and agreed upon.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information for all travelers
• Ensuring valid travel documents (passports, visas) are in order
• Reading and understanding the cancellation policies of booked services
• Arriving on time for reserved experiences and transfers
• Complying with local laws and customs at your destination

4. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the policies of individual service providers. Paperplane will assist you in processing changes but cannot guarantee availability or waive supplier cancellation fees. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information.

5. Liability

5.1 Our Role

Paperplane acts as an agent facilitating bookings with third-party service providers. The actual travel services are provided by hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other suppliers who are responsible for their own services.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, hotel overbookings, tour changes, or any events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific booking.

5.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, or other force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Paperplane website, including text, images, logos, and design, is our property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
